All the Tribes Are Guilty
NASBKJVGWTWEBDBY
Hear this word which the LORD has spoken against you, sons of Israel, against the entire family which He brought up from the land of Egypt:1 Hear this word that the LORD hath spoken against you, O children of Israel, against the whole family which I brought up from the land of Egypt, saying,1 Listen to this message which I, the LORD, have spoken against you Israelites, against your whole family that I brought out of Egypt.1 Hear this word that Yahweh has spoken against you, children of Israel, against the whole family which I brought up out of the land of Egypt, saying:1 Hear this word that Jehovah hath spoken against you, children of Israel, against the whole family that I brought up from the land of Egypt, saying,
"You only have I chosen among all the families of the earth; Therefore I will punish you for all your iniquities."2 You only have I known of all the families of the earth: therefore I will punish you for all your iniquities.2 Out of all the families on earth, I have known no one else but you. That is why I am going to punish you for all your sins.2 "You only have I chosen of all the families of the earth. Therefore I will punish you for all of your sins."2 You only have I known of all the families of the earth; therefore will I visit upon you all your iniquities.
Do two men walk together unless they have made an appointment?3 Can two walk together, except they be agreed?3 Do two people ever walk together without meeting first?3 Do two walk together, unless they have agreed?3 Shall two walk together except they be agreed?
Does a lion roar in the forest when he has no prey? Does a young lion growl from his den unless he has captured something?4 Will a lion roar in the forest, when he hath no prey? will a young lion cry out of his den, if he have taken nothing?4 Does a lion roar in the forest if it has no prey? Does a young lion growl in its den unless it has caught something?4 Will a lion roar in the thicket, when he has no prey? Does a young lion cry out of his den, if he has caught nothing?4 Will a lion roar in the forest when he hath no prey? Will a young lion cry out of his den if he have taken nothing?
Does a bird fall into a trap on the ground when there is no bait in it? Does a trap spring up from the earth when it captures nothing at all?5 Can a bird fall in a snare upon the earth, where no gin is for him? shall one take up a snare from the earth, and have taken nothing at all?5 Does a bird land in a trap on the ground if there's no bait in it? Does a trap spring up from the ground unless it has caught something?5 Can a bird fall in a trap on the earth, where no snare is set for him? Does a snare spring up from the ground, when there is nothing to catch?5 Can a bird fall in a snare upon the earth when no gin is laid for him? Will the snare spring up from the earth when nothing at all hath been taken?

If a trumpet is blown in a city will not the people tremble? If a calamity occurs in a city has not the LORD done it?6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?6 If a ram's horn sounds an alarm in a city, won't the people be alarmed? If there is a disaster in a city, hasn't the LORD done it?6 Does the trumpet alarm sound in a city, without the people being afraid? Does evil happen to a city, and Yahweh hasn't done it?6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? Shall there be evil in a city, and Jehovah not have done it?
Surely the Lord GOD does nothing Unless He reveals His secret counsel To His servants the prophets.7 Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.7 Certainly, the Almighty LORD doesn't do anything unless he [first] reveals his secret to his servants the prophets.7 Surely the Lord Yahweh will do nothing, unless he reveals his secret to his servants the prophets.7 But the Lord Jehovah will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.
A lion has roared! Who will not fear? The Lord GOD has spoken! Who can but prophesy?8 The lion hath roared, who will not fear? the Lord GOD hath spoken, who can but prophesy?8 The lion has roared. Who isn't afraid? The Almighty LORD has spoken. Who can keep from prophesying?8 The lion has roared. Who will not fear? The Lord Yahweh has spoken. Who can but prophesy?8 The lion hath roared, who will not fear? The Lord Jehovah hath spoken, who can but prophesy?
Proclaim on the citadels in Ashdod and on the citadels in the land of Egypt and say, "Assemble yourselves on the mountains of Samaria and see the great tumults within her and the oppressions in her midst.9 Publish in the palaces at Ashdod, and in the palaces in the land of Egypt, and say, Assemble yourselves upon the mountains of Samaria, and behold the great tumults in the midst thereof, and the oppressed in the midst thereof.9 Announce in the palaces of Ashdod and in the palaces of Egypt, "Gather together on the mountains of Samaria. See the widespread confusion and oppression in Samaria."9 Proclaim in the palaces at Ashdod, and in the palaces in the land of Egypt, and say, "Assemble yourselves on the mountains of Samaria, and see what unrest is in her, and what oppression is among them."9 Publish in the palaces at Ashdod, and in the palaces in the land of Egypt, and say, Assemble yourselves upon the mountains of Samaria, and behold the great uproar in the midst thereof, and the oppressions that are within her:
"But they do not know how to do what is right," declares the LORD, "these who hoard up violence and devastation in their citadels."10 For they know not to do right, saith the LORD, who store up violence and robbery in their palaces.10 Those who collect profits in their palaces through violent and destructive acts don't know how to do what is right, declares the LORD.10 "Indeed they don't know to do right," says Yahweh, "Who hoard plunder and loot in their palaces."10 and they know not to do right, saith Jehovah, who store up violence and plunder in their palaces.

Therefore, thus says the Lord GOD, "An enemy, even one surrounding the land, Will pull down your strength from you And your citadels will be looted."11 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; An adversary there shall be even round about the land; and he shall bring down thy strength from thee, and thy palaces shall be spoiled.11 This is what the Almighty LORD says: An enemy will surround your land, strip you of your defenses, and loot your palaces.11 Therefore thus says the Lord Yahweh: "An adversary will overrun the land; and he will pull down your strongholds, and your fortresses will be plundered."11 Therefore thus saith the Lord Jehovah: An adversary! even round about the land! And he shall bring down thy strength from thee, and thy palaces shall be pillaged.
Thus says the LORD, "Just as the shepherd snatches from the lion's mouth a couple of legs or a piece of an ear, So will the sons of Israel dwelling in Samaria be snatched away-- With the corner of a bed and the cover of a couch!12 Thus saith the LORD; As the shepherd taketh out of the mouth of the lion two legs, or a piece of an ear; so shall the children of Israel be taken out that dwell in Samaria in the corner of a bed, and in Damascus in a couch.12 This is what the LORD says: As a shepherd rescues two legs or a piece of an ear out of a lion's mouth, so the Israelites living in Samaria will be rescued, [having only] a corner of a bed or a piece of a couch. 12 Thus says Yahweh: "As the shepherd rescues out of the mouth of the lion two legs, or a piece of an ear, so shall the children of Israel be rescued who sit in Samaria on the corner of a couch, and on the silken cushions of a bed."12 Thus saith Jehovah: Like as the shepherd rescueth out of the jaw of the lion two legs, or a piece of an ear; so shall the children of Israel be rescued that sit in Samaria in the corner of a couch, and upon the damask of a bed.
"Hear and testify against the house of Jacob," Declares the Lord GOD, the God of hosts.13 Hear ye, and testify in the house of Jacob, saith the Lord GOD, the God of hosts,13 Listen, and testify against the descendants of Jacob, declares the Almighty LORD, the God of Armies.13 "Listen, and testify against the house of Jacob," says the Lord Yahweh, the God of Armies.13 Hear ye, and testify in the house of Jacob, saith the Lord Jehovah, the God of hosts,
"For on the day that I punish Israel's transgressions, I will also punish the altars of Bethel; The horns of the altar will be cut off And they will fall to the ground.14 That in the day that I shall visit the transgressions of Israel upon him I will also visit the altars of Bethel: and the horns of the altar shall be cut off, and fall to the ground.14 On the day I punish Israel for its disobedience, I will also destroy the altars at Bethel. The horns of the altar will be cut off and will fall to the ground.14 "For in the day that I visit the transgressions of Israel on him, I will also visit the altars of Bethel; and the horns of the altar will be cut off, and fall to the ground.14 that in the day that I shall visit the transgressions of Israel upon him, I will also punish the altars of Bethel; and the horns of the altar shall be cut off, and fall to the ground.
"I will also smite the winter house together with the summer house; The houses of ivory will also perish And the great houses will come to an end," Declares the LORD.15 And I will smite the winter house with the summer house; and the houses of ivory shall perish, and the great houses shall have an end, saith the LORD.15 I will tear down winter houses as well as summer houses. Houses [decorated] with ivory will be destroyed. Mansions will be demolished, declares the LORD.15 I will strike the winter house with the summer house; and the houses of ivory will perish, and the great houses will have an end," says Yahweh.15 And I will smite the winter-house with the summer-house; and the houses of ivory shall perish, and many houses shall have an end, saith Jehovah.
