Now the LORD said to Moses and Aaron in the land of Egypt,1 And the LORD spake unto Moses and Aaron in the land of Egypt saying,1 The LORD said to Moses and Aaron in Egypt,1 Yahweh spoke to Moses and Aaron in the land of Egypt, saying,1 And Jehovah spoke to Moses and Aaron in the land of Egypt, saying,
"This month shall be the beginning of months for you; it is to be the first month of the year to you.2 This month shall be unto you the beginning of months: it shall be the first month of the year to you.2 "This month will be the very first month of the year for you.2 "This month shall be to you the beginning of months. It shall be the first month of the year to you.2 This month shall be unto you the beginning of months: it shall be the first month of the year to you.
"Speak to all the congregation of Israel, saying, 'On the tenth of this month they are each one to take a lamb for themselves, according to their fathers' households, a lamb for each household.3 Speak ye unto all the congregation of Israel, saying, In the tenth day of this month they shall take to them every man a lamb, according to the house of their fathers, a lamb for an house:3 Tell the whole community of Israel: On the tenth [day] of this month each man must take a lamb or a young goat for his family-one animal per household.3 Speak to all the congregation of Israel, saying, 'On the tenth day of this month, they shall take to them every man a lamb, according to their fathers' houses, a lamb for a household;3 Speak unto all the assembly of Israel, saying, On the tenth of this month let them take themselves each a lamb, for a father's house, a lamb for a house.
Now if the household is too small for a lamb, then he and his neighbor nearest to his house are to take one according to the number of persons in them; according to what each man should eat, you are to divide the lamb.4 And if the household be too little for the lamb, let him and his neighbor next unto his house take it according to the number of the souls; every man according to his eating shall make your count for the lamb.4 A household may be too small to eat a whole animal. That household and the one next door can share one animal. Choose your animal based on the number of people and what each person can eat.4 and if the household is too little for a lamb, then he and his neighbor next to his house shall take one according to the number of the souls; according to what everyone can eat you shall make your count for the lamb.4 And if the household be too small for a lamb, let him and his neighbour next unto his house take it according to the number of the souls; each according to the measure of his eating shall ye count for the lamb.
'Your lamb shall be an unblemished male a year old; you may take it from the sheep or from the goats.5 Your lamb shall be without blemish, a male of the first year: ye shall take it out from the sheep, or from the goats:5 Your animal must be a one-year-old male that has no defects. You may choose a lamb or a young goat.5 Your lamb shall be without blemish, a male a year old. You shall take it from the sheep, or from the goats:5 Your lamb shall be without blemish, a yearling male; ye shall take it from the sheep, or from the goats.

'You shall keep it until the fourteenth day of the same month, then the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel is to kill it at twilight.6 And ye shall keep it up until the fourteenth day of the same month: and the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall kill it in the evening.6 Take care of it until the fourteenth [day] of this month. "Then at dusk, all the assembled people from the community of Israel must slaughter their animals.6 and you shall keep it until the fourteenth day of the same month; and the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall kill it at evening.6 And ye shall keep it until the fourteenth day of this month; and the whole congregation of the assembly of Israel shall kill it between the two evenings.
'Moreover, they shall take some of the blood and put it on the two doorposts and on the lintel of the houses in which they eat it.7 And they shall take of the blood, and strike it on the two side posts and on the upper door post of the houses, wherein they shall eat it.7 They must take some of the blood and put it on the sides and tops of the doorframes of the houses where they will eat the animals.7 They shall take some of the blood, and put it on the two doorposts and on the lintel, on the houses in which they shall eat it.7 And they shall take of the blood, and put it on the two door-posts and on the lintel of the houses in which they eat it.
They shall eat the flesh that same night, roasted with fire, and they shall eat it with unleavened bread and bitter herbs.8 And they shall eat the flesh in that night, roast with fire, and unleavened bread; and with bitter herbs they shall eat it.8 The meat must be eaten that same night. It must be roasted over a fire and eaten with bitter herbs and unleavened bread.8 They shall eat the flesh in that night, roasted with fire, and unleavened bread. They shall eat it with bitter herbs.8 And they shall eat the flesh in that night, roast with fire, and unleavened bread; with bitter herbs shall they eat it.
Do not eat any of it raw or boiled at all with water, but rather roasted with fire, both its head and its legs along with its entrails.9 Eat not of it raw, nor sodden at all with water, but roast with fire; his head with his legs, and with the purtenance thereof.9 Don't eat any of it raw or boiled but roast the whole animal over a fire.9 Don't eat it raw, nor boiled at all with water, but roasted with fire; with its head, its legs and its inner parts.9 Ye shall eat none of it raw, nor boiled at all with water, but roast with fire; its head with its legs and with its in-wards.
'And you shall not leave any of it over until morning, but whatever is left of it until morning, you shall burn with fire.10 And ye shall let nothing of it remain until the morning; and that which remaineth of it until the morning ye shall burn with fire.10 Don't leave any of it until morning. Anything left over in the morning must be burned up.10 You shall let nothing of it remain until the morning; but that which remains of it until the morning you shall burn with fire.10 And ye shall let none of it remain until the morning; and what remaineth of it until the morning ye shall burn with fire.
NASBKJVGWTWEBDBY
Now you shall eat it in this manner: with your loins girded, your sandals on your feet, and your staff in your hand; and you shall eat it in haste-- it is the LORD'S Passover.11 And thus shall ye eat it; with your loins girded, your shoes on your feet, and your staff in your hand; and ye shall eat it in haste: it is the LORD's passover.11 This is how [you should be dressed when] you eat it: with your belt on, your sandals on your feet, and your shepherd's staff in your hand. You must eat it in a hurry. It is the LORD's Passover.11 This is how you shall eat it: with your belt on your waist, your shoes on your feet, and your staff in your hand; and you shall eat it in haste: it is Yahweh's Passover.11 And thus shall ye eat it: your loins shall be girded, your sandals on your feet, and your staff in your hand; and ye shall eat it in haste; it is Jehovah's passover.
'For I will go through the land of Egypt on that night, and will strike down all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and beast; and against all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgments-- I am the LORD.12 For I will pass through the land of Egypt this night, and will smite all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and beast; and against all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgment: I am the LORD.12 "On that same night I will go throughout Egypt and kill every firstborn male, both human and animal. I will severely punish all the gods of Egypt, [because] I am the LORD.12 For I will go through the land of Egypt in that night, and will strike all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and animal. Against all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgments: I am Yahweh.12 And I will go through the land of Egypt in that night, and smite all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and beast; and against all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgment: I am Jehovah.
The blood shall be a sign for you on the houses where you live; and when I see the blood I will pass over you, and no plague will befall you to destroy you when I strike the land of Egypt.13 And the blood shall be to you for a token upon the houses where ye are: and when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and the plague shall not be upon you to destroy you, when I smite the land of Egypt.13 But the blood on your houses will be a sign for your protection. When I see the blood, I will pass over you. Nothing will touch or destroy you when I strike Egypt.13 The blood shall be to you for a token on the houses where you are: and when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and there shall no plague be on you to destroy you, when I strike the land of Egypt.13 And the blood shall be for you as a sign on the houses in which ye are; and when I see the blood, I will pass over you; and the plague shall not be among you for destruction, when I smite the land of Egypt.
Feast of Unleavened Bread
Now this day will be a memorial to you, and you shall celebrate it as a feast to the LORD; throughout your generations you are to celebrate it as a permanent ordinance.14 And this day shall be unto you for a memorial; and ye shall keep it a feast to the LORD throughout your generations; ye shall keep it a feast by an ordinance for ever.14 "This day will be one for you to remember. This is a permanent law for generations to come: You will celebrate this day as a pilgrimage festival in the LORD's honor.14 This day shall be to you for a memorial, and you shall keep it a feast to Yahweh: throughout your generations you shall keep it a feast by an ordinance forever.14 And this day shall be unto you for a memorial; and ye shall celebrate it as a feast to Jehovah; throughout your generations as an ordinance for ever shall ye celebrate it.
'Seven days you shall eat unleavened bread, but on the first day you shall remove leaven from your houses; for whoever eats anything leavened from the first day until the seventh day, that person shall be cut off from Israel.15 Seven days shall ye eat unleavened bread; even the first day ye shall put away leaven out of your houses: for whosoever eateth leavened bread from the first day until the seventh day, that soul shall be cut off from Israel.15 For seven days you must eat unleavened bread. On the very first day you must remove any yeast that you have in your houses. Whoever eats anything with yeast in it from the first day through the seventh day must be excluded from Israel.15 "'Seven days you shall eat unleavened bread; even the first day you shall put away yeast out of your houses, for whoever eats leavened bread from the first day until the seventh day, that soul shall be cut off from Israel.15 Seven days shall ye eat unleavened bread: on the very first day ye shall put away leaven out of your houses; for whoever eateth leavened bread from the first day until the seventh day that soul shall be cut off from Israel.
NASBKJVGWTWEBDBY
On the first day you shall have a holy assembly, and another holy assembly on the seventh day; no work at all shall be done on them, except what must be eaten by every person, that alone may be prepared by you.16 And in the first day there shall be an holy convocation, and in the seventh day there shall be an holy convocation to you; no manner of work shall be done in them, save that which every man must eat, that only may be done of you.16 You must have a holy assembly on the first day and another one on the seventh. You must not work on these days except to prepare your own meals. That's all you may do.16 In the first day there shall be to you a holy convocation, and in the seventh day a holy convocation; no kind of work shall be done in them, except that which every man must eat, that only may be done by you.16 And on the first day ye shall have a holy convocation, and on the seventh day a holy convocation: no manner of work shall be done on them, save what is eaten by every person that only shall be done by you.
You shall also observe the Feast of Unleavened Bread, for on this very day I brought your hosts out of the land of Egypt; therefore you shall observe this day throughout your generations as a permanent ordinance.17 And ye shall observe the feast of unleavened bread; for in this selfsame day have I brought your armies out of the land of Egypt: therefore shall ye observe this day in your generations by an ordinance for ever.17 You must celebrate the Festival of Unleavened Bread because it was on this very day that I brought you out of Egypt in organized family groups. This is a permanent law for future generations: You must celebrate this day.17 You shall observe the feast of unleavened bread; for in this same day have I brought your armies out of the land of Egypt: therefore you shall observe this day throughout your generations by an ordinance forever.17 And ye shall keep the feast of unleavened bread; for in this same day have I brought your hosts out of the land of Egypt; and ye shall keep this day in your generations as an ordinance for ever.
In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month at evening, you shall eat unleavened bread, until the twenty-first day of the month at evening.18 In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month at even, ye shall eat unleavened bread, until the one and twentieth day of the month at even.18 From the evening of the fourteenth day of the first month until the evening of the twenty-first day you must eat unleavened bread.18 In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month at evening, you shall eat unleavened bread, until the twenty first day of the month at evening.18 In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month, in the evening, ye shall eat unleavened bread until the one and twentieth day of the month in the evening.
Seven days there shall be no leaven found in your houses; for whoever eats what is leavened, that person shall be cut off from the congregation of Israel, whether he is an alien or a native of the land.19 Seven days shall there be no leaven found in your houses: for whosoever eateth that which is leavened, even that soul shall be cut off from the congregation of Israel, whether he be a stranger, or born in the land.19 There should be no yeast in your houses for seven days. Whoever eats anything with yeast in it must be excluded from the community of Israel, whether he is an Israelite or not.19 Seven days shall there be no yeast found in your houses, for whoever eats that which is leavened, that soul shall be cut off from the congregation of Israel, whether he be a foreigner, or one who is born in the land.19 Seven days shall there be no leaven found in your houses; for whoever eateth what is leavened that soul shall be cut off from the assembly of Israel, whether he be a sojourner, or born in the land.
'You shall not eat anything leavened; in all your dwellings you shall eat unleavened bread.'"20 Ye shall eat nothing leavened; in all your habitations shall ye eat unleavened bread.20 Eat nothing made with yeast. Wherever you live, you must eat [only] unleavened bread."20 You shall eat nothing leavened. In all your habitations you shall eat unleavened bread.'"20 Ye shall eat nothing leavened: in all your dwellings shall ye eat unleavened bread.
NASBKJVGWTWEBDBY
Then Moses called for all the elders of Israel and said to them, "Go and take for yourselves lambs according to your families, and slay the Passover lamb.21 Then Moses called for all the elders of Israel, and said unto them, Draw out and take you a lamb according to your families, and kill the passover.21 Then Moses called for all the leaders of Israel. He said to them, "Pick out a lamb or a young goat for your families, and kill the Passover animal.21 Then Moses called for all the elders of Israel, and said to them, "Draw out, and take lambs according to your families, and kill the Passover.21 And Moses called all the elders of Israel, and said to them, Seize and take yourselves lambs for your families, and kill the passover.
"You shall take a bunch of hyssop and dip it in the blood which is in the basin, and apply some of the blood that is in the basin to the lintel and the two doorposts; and none of you shall go outside the door of his house until morning.22 And ye shall take a bunch of hyssop, and dip it in the blood that is in the basin, and strike the lintel and the two side posts with the blood that is in the basin; and none of you shall go out at the door of his house until the morning.22 Take the branch of a hyssop plant, dip it in the blood which is in a bowl, and put some of the blood on the top and sides of the doorframes [of your houses]. No one may leave the house until morning.22 You shall take a bunch of hyssop, and dip it in the blood that is in the basin, and strike the lintel and the two doorposts with the blood that is in the basin; and none of you shall go out of the door of his house until the morning.22 And take a bunch of hyssop, and dip it in the blood that is in the bason, and smear the lintel and the two door-posts with the blood that is in the bason; and none of you shall go out of the door of his house until the morning.
A Memorial of Redemption
"For the LORD will pass through to smite the Egyptians; and when He sees the blood on the lintel and on the two doorposts, the LORD will pass over the door and will not allow the destroyer to come in to your houses to smite you.23 For the LORD will pass through to smite the Egyptians; and when he seeth the blood upon the lintel, and on the two side posts, the LORD will pass over the door, and will not suffer the destroyer to come in unto your houses to smite you.23 The LORD will go throughout Egypt to kill the Egyptians. When he sees the blood on the top and sides of the doorframe, he will pass over that doorway, and he will not let the destroyer come into your home to kill you.23 For Yahweh will pass through to strike the Egyptians; and when he sees the blood on the lintel, and on the two doorposts, Yahweh will pass over the door, and will not allow the destroyer to come in to your houses to strike you.23 And Jehovah will pass through to smite the Egyptians; and when he sees the blood on the lintel, and on the two door-posts, Jehovah will pass over the door, and will not suffer the destroyer to come into your houses to smite you.
"And you shall observe this event as an ordinance for you and your children forever.24 And ye shall observe this thing for an ordinance to thee and to thy sons for ever.24 "You must follow these instructions. They are a permanent law for you and your children.24 You shall observe this thing for an ordinance to you and to your sons forever.24 And ye shall observe this as an ordinance for thee and for thy sons for ever.
"When you enter the land which the LORD will give you, as He has promised, you shall observe this rite.25 And it shall come to pass, when ye be come to the land which the LORD will give you, according as he hath promised, that ye shall keep this service.25 When you enter the land that the LORD will give you as he promised, observe this ceremony.25 It shall happen when you have come to the land which Yahweh will give you, according as he has promised, that you shall keep this service.25 And it shall come to pass, when ye are come into the land that Jehovah will give you, as he has promised, that ye shall keep this service.
NASBKJVGWTWEBDBY
"And when your children say to you, 'What does this rite mean to you?'26 And it shall come to pass, when your children shall say unto you, What mean ye by this service?26 When your children ask you what this ceremony means to you,26 It will happen, when your children ask you, 'What do you mean by this service?'26 And it shall come to pass, when your children shall say to you, What mean ye by this service?
you shall say, 'It is a Passover sacrifice to the LORD who passed over the houses of the sons of Israel in Egypt when He smote the Egyptians, but spared our homes.'" And the people bowed low and worshiped.27 That ye shall say, It is the sacrifice of the LORD's passover, who passed over the houses of the children of Israel in Egypt, when he smote the Egyptians, and delivered our houses. And the people bowed the head and worshipped.27 you must answer, 'It's the Passover sacrifice in the LORD's honor. The LORD passed over the houses of the Israelites in Egypt and spared our homes when he killed the Egyptians.' " Then the people knelt, bowing with their faces touching the ground.27 that you shall say, 'It is the sacrifice of Yahweh's Passover, who passed over the houses of the children of Israel in Egypt, when he struck the Egyptians, and spared our houses.'" The people bowed their heads and worshiped.27 that ye shall say, It is a sacrifice of passover to Jehovah, who passed over the houses of the children of Israel in Egypt when he smote the Egyptians and delivered our houses. And the people bowed their heads and worshipped.
Then the sons of Israel went and did so; just as the LORD had commanded Moses and Aaron, so they did.28 And the children of Israel went away, and did as the LORD had commanded Moses and Aaron, so did they.28 The Israelites did as the LORD had commanded Moses and Aaron.28 The children of Israel went and did so; as Yahweh had commanded Moses and Aaron, so they did.28 And the children of Israel went away, and did as Jehovah had commanded Moses and Aaron; so did they.
Now it came about at midnight that the LORD struck all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, from the firstborn of Pharaoh who sat on his throne to the firstborn of the captive who was in the dungeon, and all the firstborn of cattle.29 And it came to pass, that at midnight the LORD smote all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, from the firstborn of Pharaoh that sat on his throne unto the firstborn of the captive that was in the dungeon; and all the firstborn of cattle.29 At midnight the LORD killed every firstborn male in Egypt from the firstborn son of Pharaoh who ruled the land to the firstborn son of the prisoner in jail, and also every firstborn animal.29 It happened at midnight, that Yahweh struck all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, from the firstborn of Pharaoh who sat on his throne to the firstborn of the captive who was in the dungeon; and all the firstborn of livestock.29 And it came to pass that at midnight Jehovah smote all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, from the firstborn of Pharaoh who sat on his throne to the firstborn of the captive that was in the dungeon, and all the firstborn of cattle.
Pharaoh arose in the night, he and all his servants and all the Egyptians, and there was a great cry in Egypt, for there was no home where there was not someone dead.30 And Pharaoh rose up in the night, he, and all his servants, and all the Egyptians; and there was a great cry in Egypt; for there was not a house where there was not one dead.30 Pharaoh, all his officials, and all the [other] Egyptians got up during the night. There was loud crying throughout Egypt because in every house someone had died.30 Pharaoh rose up in the night, he, and all his servants, and all the Egyptians; and there was a great cry in Egypt, for there was not a house where there was not one dead.30 And Pharaoh rose up in the night, he, and all his bondmen, and all the Egyptians; and there was a great cry in Egypt; for there was not a house in which there was not one dead.

Then he called for Moses and Aaron at night and said, "Rise up, get out from among my people, both you and the sons of Israel; and go, worship the LORD, as you have said.31 And he called for Moses and Aaron by night, and said, Rise up, and get you forth from among my people, both ye and the children of Israel; and go, serve the LORD, as ye have said.31 Pharaoh called for Moses and Aaron during the night. He said, "You and the Israelites must leave my people at once. Go, worship the LORD as you asked.31 He called for Moses and Aaron by night, and said, "Rise up, get out from among my people, both you and the children of Israel; and go, serve Yahweh, as you have said!31 And he called Moses and Aaron in the night, and said, Rise up, go away from among my people, both ye and the children of Israel; and go, serve Jehovah, as ye have said.
"Take both your flocks and your herds, as you have said, and go, and bless me also."32 Also take your flocks and your herds, as ye have said, and be gone; and bless me also.32 Take your flocks and herds, too, as you asked. Just go! And bless me, too!"32 Take both your flocks and your herds, as you have said, and be gone; and bless me also!"32 Also take your flocks and your herds, as ye have said, and go; and bless me also.
Exodus of Israel
The Egyptians urged the people, to send them out of the land in haste, for they said, "We will all be dead."33 And the Egyptians were urgent upon the people, that they might send them out of the land in haste; for they said, We be all dead men.33 The Egyptians begged the people to leave the country quickly. They said, "Soon we'll all be dead!"33 The Egyptians were urgent with the people, to send them out of the land in haste, for they said, "We are all dead men."33 And the Egyptians urged the people, to send them out of the land in haste; for they said, We are all dead men!
So the people took their dough before it was leavened, with their kneading bowls bound up in the clothes on their shoulders.34 And the people took their dough before it was leavened, their kneadingtroughs being bound up in their clothes upon their shoulders.34 So the people picked up their bread dough before it had risen and carried it on their shoulders in bowls, wrapped up in their clothes.34 The people took their dough before it was leavened, their kneading troughs being bound up in their clothes on their shoulders.34 And the people took their dough before it was leavened; their kneading-troughs bound up in their clothes upon their shoulders.
Now the sons of Israel had done according to the word of Moses, for they had requested from the Egyptians articles of silver and articles of gold, and clothing;35 And the children of Israel did according to the word of Moses; and they borrowed of the Egyptians jewels of silver, and jewels of gold, and raiment:35 The Israelites did what Moses had told them and asked the Egyptians for gold and silver jewelry and for clothes.35 The children of Israel did according to the word of Moses; and they asked of the Egyptians jewels of silver, and jewels of gold, and clothing.35 And the children of Israel had done according to the word of Moses, and they had asked of the Egyptians utensils of silver, and utensils of gold, and clothing.
NASBKJVGWTWEBDBY
and the LORD had given the people favor in the sight of the Egyptians, so that they let them have their request. Thus they plundered the Egyptians.36 And the LORD gave the people favor in the sight of the Egyptians, so that they lent unto them such things as they required. And they spoiled the Egyptians.36 The LORD made the Egyptians generous to the people, and they gave them what they asked for. So the Israelites stripped Egypt of its wealth.36 Yahweh gave the people favor in the sight of the Egyptians, so that they let them have what they asked. They despoiled the Egyptians.36 And Jehovah had given the people favour in the eyes of the Egyptians, and they gave to them; and they spoiled the Egyptians.
Now the sons of Israel journeyed from Rameses to Succoth, about six hundred thousand men on foot, aside from children.37 And the children of Israel journeyed from Rameses to Succoth, about six hundred thousand on foot that were men, beside children.37 The Israelites left Rameses to go to Succoth. There were about six hundred thousand men on foot, plus all the women and children.37 The children of Israel traveled from Rameses to Succoth, about six hundred thousand on foot who were men, besides children.37 And the children of Israel journeyed from Rameses to Succoth, about six hundred thousand on foot that were men, besides children.
A mixed multitude also went up with them, along with flocks and herds, a very large number of livestock.38 And a mixed multitude went up also with them; and flocks, and herds, even very much cattle.38 Many other people also went with them, along with large numbers of sheep, goats, and cattle.38 A mixed multitude went up also with them, with flocks, herds, and even very much livestock.38 And a mixed multitude went up also with them; and flocks and herds very much cattle.
They baked the dough which they had brought out of Egypt into cakes of unleavened bread. For it had not become leavened, since they were driven out of Egypt and could not delay, nor had they prepared any provisions for themselves.39 And they baked unleavened cakes of the dough which they brought forth out of Egypt, for it was not leavened; because they were thrust out of Egypt, and could not tarry, neither had they prepared for themselves any victual.39 With the dough they had brought from Egypt, they baked round, flat bread. The dough hadn't risen because they'd been thrown out of Egypt and had no time to prepare food for the trip.39 They baked unleavened cakes of the dough which they brought forth out of Egypt; for it wasn't leavened, because they were thrust out of Egypt, and couldn't wait, neither had they prepared for themselves any food.39 And they baked the dough that they brought forth out of Egypt into unleavened cakes, for it was not leavened; for they were driven out of Egypt, and could not wait; neither had they prepared for themselves any food.
Now the time that the sons of Israel lived in Egypt was four hundred and thirty years.40 Now the sojourning of the children of Israel, who dwelt in Egypt, was four hundred and thirty years.40 The Israelites had been living in Egypt for 430 years.40 Now the time that the children of Israel lived in Egypt was four hundred thirty years.40 And the residence of the children of Israel that they resided in Egypt was four hundred and thirty years.
NASBKJVGWTWEBDBY
And at the end of four hundred and thirty years, to the very day, all the hosts of the LORD went out from the land of Egypt.41 And it came to pass at the end of the four hundred and thirty years, even the selfsame day it came to pass, that all the hosts of the LORD went out from the land of Egypt.41 After exactly 430 years all the LORD's people left Egypt in organized family groups.41 It happened at the end of four hundred thirty years, even the same day it happened, that all the armies of Yahweh went out from the land of Egypt.41 And it came to pass at the end of the four hundred and thirty years, on that same day it came to pass that all the hosts of Jehovah went out from the land of Egypt.
Ordinance of the Passover
It is a night to be observed for the LORD for having brought them out from the land of Egypt; this night is for the LORD, to be observed by all the sons of Israel throughout their generations.42 It is a night to be much observed unto the LORD for bringing them out from the land of Egypt: this is that night of the LORD to be observed of all the children of Israel in their generations.42 That night the LORD kept watch to take them out of Egypt. (All Israelites in future generations must keep watch on this night, since it is dedicated to the LORD.)42 It is a night to be much observed to Yahweh for bringing them out from the land of Egypt. This is that night of Yahweh, to be much observed of all the children of Israel throughout their generations.42 It is a night of observance to Jehovah, because of their being brought out from the land of Egypt: that same night is an observance to Jehovah for all the children of Israel in their generations.
 The LORD said to Moses and Aaron, "This is the ordinance of the Passover: no foreigner is to eat of it;43 And the LORD said unto Moses and Aaron, This is the ordinance of the passover: There shall no stranger eat thereof:43 The LORD said to Moses and Aaron, "These are the rules for the Passover: "No foreigner may eat the Passover meal.43 Yahweh said to Moses and Aaron, "This is the ordinance of the Passover. No foreigner shall eat of it,43 And Jehovah said to Moses and Aaron, This is the ordinance of the passover: No stranger shall eat of it;
but every man's slave purchased with money, after you have circumcised him, then he may eat of it.44 But every man's servant that is bought for money, when thou hast circumcised him, then shall he eat thereof.44 "Any male slave you have bought may eat it after you have circumcised him.44 but every man's servant who is bought for money, when you have circumcised him, then shall he eat of it.44 but every man's bondman that is bought for money let him be circumcised: then shall he eat it.
"A sojourner or a hired servant shall not eat of it.45 A foreigner and an hired servant shall not eat thereof.45 "No foreigner visiting you may eat it. "No hired worker may eat it.45 A foreigner and a hired servant shall not eat of it.45 A settler and a hired servant shall not eat it.

"It is to be eaten in a single house; you are not to bring forth any of the flesh outside of the house, nor are you to break any bone of it.46 In one house shall it be eaten; thou shalt not carry forth ought of the flesh abroad out of the house; neither shall ye break a bone thereof.46 "The meal must be eaten inside one house. Never take any of the meat outside the house. "Never break any of the bones.46 In one house shall it be eaten; you shall not carry forth anything of the flesh abroad out of the house; neither shall you break a bone of it.46 In one house shall it be eaten; thou shalt not carry forth any of the flesh abroad out of the house; neither shall ye break a bone thereof.
"All the congregation of Israel are to celebrate this.47 All the congregation of Israel shall keep it.47 "The whole community of Israel must celebrate the Passover.47 All the congregation of Israel shall keep it.47 All the assembly of Israel shall hold it.
"But if a stranger sojourns with you, and celebrates the Passover to the LORD, let all his males be circumcised, and then let him come near to celebrate it; and he shall be like a native of the land. But no uncircumcised person may eat of it.48 And when a stranger shall sojourn with thee, and will keep the passover to the LORD, let all his males be circumcised, and then let him come near and keep it; and he shall be as one that is born in the land: for no uncircumcised person shall eat thereof.48 "Foreigners may want to celebrate the LORD's Passover. First, every male in the household must be circumcised. Then they may celebrate the Passover like native-born Israelites. But no uncircumcised males may ever eat the Passover meal.48 When a stranger shall live as a foreigner with you, and will keep the Passover to Yahweh, let all his males be circumcised, and then let him come near and keep it; and he shall be as one who is born in the land: but no uncircumcised person shall eat of it.48 And when a sojourner sojourneth with thee, and would hold the passover to Jehovah, let all his males be circumcised, and then let him come near and hold it; and he shall be as one that is born in the land; but no uncircumcised person shall eat thereof.
"The same law shall apply to the native as to the stranger who sojourns among you."49 One law shall be to him that is homeborn, and unto the stranger that sojourneth among you.49 The same instructions apply to native-born Israelites as well as foreigners."49 One law shall be to him who is born at home, and to the stranger who lives as a foreigner among you."49 One law shall be for him that is home-born and for the sojourner that sojourneth among you.
Then all the sons of Israel did so; they did just as the LORD had commanded Moses and Aaron.50 Thus did all the children of Israel; as the LORD commanded Moses and Aaron, so did they.50 All the Israelites did as the LORD had commanded Moses and Aaron.50 All the children of Israel did so. As Yahweh commanded Moses and Aaron, so they did.50 And all the children of Israel did as Jehovah had commanded Moses and Aaron; so did they.

And on that same day the LORD brought the sons of Israel out of the land of Egypt by their hosts.51 And it came to pass the selfsame day, that the LORD did bring the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt by their armies.51 That very day the LORD brought all the Israelites out of Egypt in organized family groups.51 It happened the same day, that Yahweh brought the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt by their armies.51 And it came to pass on that same day, that Jehovah brought the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt according to their hosts.
