Bear One Another’s Burdens
NASBKJVGWTWEBDBY
1 Brethren, even if anyone is caught in any trespass, you who are spiritual, restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness; each one looking to yourself, so that you too will not be tempted.1 Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.1 Brothers and sisters, if a person gets trapped by wrongdoing, those of you who are spiritual should help that person turn away from doing wrong. Do it in a gentle way. At the same time watch yourself so that you also are not tempted.1 Brothers, even if a man is caught in some fault, you who are spiritual must restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness; looking to yourself so that you also aren't tempted.1 Brethren, if even a man be taken in some fault, ye who are spiritual restore such a one in a spirit of meekness, considering thyself lest thou also be tempted.
2 Bear one another's burdens, and thereby fulfill the law of Christ.2 Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.2 Help carry each other's burdens. In this way you will follow Christ's teachings.2 Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.2 Bear one another's burdens, and thus fulfil the law of the Christ.
3 For if anyone thinks he is something when he is nothing, he deceives himself.3 For if a man think himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself.3 So if any one of you thinks you're important when you're really not, you're only fooling yourself.3 For if a man thinks himself to be something when he is nothing, he deceives himself.3 For if any man reputes himself to be something, being nothing, he deceives himself;
4 But each one must examine his own work, and then he will have reason for boasting in regard to himself alone, and not in regard to another.4 But let every man prove his own work, and then shall he have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another.4 Each of you must examine your own actions. Then you can be proud of your own accomplishments without comparing yourself to others.4 But let each man test his own work, and then he will take pride in himself and not in his neighbor.4 but let each prove his own work, and then he will have his boast in what belongs to himself alone, and not in what belongs to another.
5 For each one will bear his own load.5 For every man shall bear his own burden.5 Assume your own responsibility.5 For each man will bear his own burden.5 For each shall bear his own burden.
NASBKJVGWTWEBDBY
6 The one who is taught the word is to share all good things with the one who teaches him.6 Let him that is taught in the word communicate unto him that teacheth in all good things.6 The person who is taught God's word should share all good things with his teacher.6 But let him who is taught in the word share all good things with him who teaches.6 Let him that is taught in the word communicate to him that teaches in all good things.
7 Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, this he will also reap.7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.7 Make no mistake about this: You can never make a fool out of God. Whatever you plant is what you'll harvest.7 Don't be deceived. God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.7 Be not deceived: God is not mocked; for whatever a man shall sow, that also shall he reap.
8 For the one who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption, but the one who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life.8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.8 If you plant in [the soil of] your corrupt nature, you will harvest destruction. But if you plant in [the soil of] your spiritual nature, you will harvest everlasting life.8 For he who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption. But he who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life.8 For he that sows to his own flesh, shall reap corruption from the flesh; but he that sows to the Spirit, from the Spirit shall reap eternal life:
9 Let us not lose heart in doing good, for in due time we will reap if we do not grow weary.9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.9 We can't allow ourselves to get tired of living the right way. Certainly, each of us will receive [everlasting life] at the proper time, if we don't give up.9 Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don't give up.9 but let us not lose heart in doing good; for in due time, if we do not faint, we shall reap.
10 So then, while we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, and especially to those who are of the household of the faith.10 As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.10 Whenever we have the opportunity, we have to do what is good for everyone, especially for the family of believers.10 So then, as we have opportunity, let's do what is good toward all men, and especially toward those who are of the household of the faith.10 So then, as we have occasion, let us do good towards all, and specially towards those of the household of faith.
NASBKJVGWTWEBDBY
11 See with what large letters I am writing to you with my own hand.11 Ye see how large a letter I have written unto you with mine own hand.11 Look at how large the letters [in these words] are because I'm writing this myself.11 See with what large letters I write to you with my own hand.11 See how long a letter I have written to you with my own hand.
12 Those who desire to make a good showing in the flesh try to compel you to be circumcised, simply so that they will not be persecuted for the cross of Christ.12 As many as desire to make a fair shew in the flesh, they constrain you to be circumcised; only lest they should suffer persecution for the cross of Christ.12 These people who want to make a big deal out of a physical thing are trying to force you to be circumcised. Their only aim is to avoid persecution because of the cross of Christ.12 As many as desire to look good in the flesh, they compel you to be circumcised; only that they may not be persecuted for the cross of Christ.12 As many as desire to have a fair appearance in the flesh, these compel you to be circumcised, only that they may not be persecuted because of the cross of Christ.
13 For those who are circumcised do not even keep the Law themselves, but they desire to have you circumcised so that they may boast in your flesh.13 For neither they themselves who are circumcised keep the law; but desire to have you circumcised, that they may glory in your flesh.13 It's clear that not even those who had themselves circumcised did this to follow Jewish laws. Yet, they want you to be circumcised so that they can brag about what was done to your body.13 For even they who receive circumcision don't keep the law themselves, but they desire to have you circumcised, that they may boast in your flesh.13 For neither do they that are circumcised themselves keep the law; but they wish you to be circumcised, that they may boast in your flesh.
14 But may it never be that I would boast, except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.14 But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world.14 But it's unthinkable that I could ever brag about anything except the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ. By his cross my relationship to the world and its relationship to me have been crucified.14 But far be it from me to boast, except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.14 But far be it from me to boast save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom the world is crucified to me, and I to the world.
15 For neither is circumcision anything, nor uncircumcision, but a new creation.15 For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature.15 Certainly, it doesn't matter whether a person is circumcised or not. Rather, what matters is being a new creation.15 For in Christ Jesus neither is circumcision anything, nor uncircumcision, but a new creation.15 For in Christ Jesus neither is circumcision anything, nor uncircumcision; but new creation.
NASBKJVGWTWEBDBY
16 And those who will walk by this rule, peace and mercy be upon them, and upon the Israel of God.16 And as many as walk according to this rule, peace be on them, and mercy, and upon the Israel of God.16 Peace and mercy will come to rest on all those who conform to this principle. They are the Israel of God. 16 As many as walk by this rule, peace and mercy be on them, and on God's Israel.16 And as many as shall walk by this rule, peace upon them and mercy, and upon the Israel of God.
17 From now on let no one cause trouble for me, for I bear on my body the brand-marks of Jesus.17 From henceforth let no man trouble me: for I bear in my body the marks of the Lord Jesus.17 From now on, don't make any trouble for me! After all, I carry the scars of Jesus on my body.17 From now on, let no one cause me any trouble, for I bear the marks of the Lord Jesus branded on my body.17 For the rest let no one trouble me, for I bear in my body the brands of the Lord Jesus.
18 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit, brethren. Amen.18 Brethren, the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. Amen.18 May the good will of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit, brothers and sisters! Amen.18 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit, brothers. Amen.18 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit, brethren. Amen.
