| 1 I solemnly charge you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who is to judge the living and the dead, and by His appearing and His kingdom: | 1 I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom; | 1 I solemnly call on you in the presence of God and Christ Jesus, who is going to judge those who are living and those who are dead.
