| 6 For You have abandoned Your people, the house of Jacob, Because they are filled with influences from the east, And they are soothsayers like the Philistines, And they strike bargains with the children of foreigners. | 6 Therefore thou hast forsaken thy people the house of Jacob, because they be replenished from the east, and are soothsayers like the Philistines, and they please themselves in the children of strangers. | 6 LORD, you have abandoned your people, the descendants of Jacob, because they are filled with Eastern influences. | 11 The proud look of man will be abased And the loftiness of man will be humbled, And the LORD alone will be exalted in that day. | 11 The lofty looks of man shall be humbled, and the haughtiness of men shall be bowed down, and the LORD alone shall be exalted in that day. | 11 The eyes of arrogant people will be humbled.
