Elihu Says God Is Back of the Storm
NASBKJVGWTWEBDBY
"At this also my heart trembles, And leaps from its place.1 At this also my heart trembleth, and is moved out of his place.1 "My heart pounds because of this and jumps out of its place.1 "Yes, at this my heart trembles, and is moved out of its place.1 Aye, my heart trembleth at this also, and leapeth up out of its place:
"Listen closely to the thunder of His voice, And the rumbling that goes out from His mouth.2 Hear attentively the noise of his voice, and the sound that goeth out of his mouth.2 Listen! Listen to the roar of God's voice, to the rumbling that comes from his mouth.2 Hear, oh, hear the noise of his voice, the sound that goes out of his mouth.2 Hear attentively the roar of his voice, and the murmur going forth from his mouth.
"Under the whole heaven He lets it loose, And His lightning to the ends of the earth.3 He directeth it under the whole heaven, and his lightning unto the ends of the earth.3 He flashes his lightning everywhere under heaven. His light flashes to the ends of the earth.3 He sends it forth under the whole sky, and his lightning to the ends of the earth.3 He sendeth it forth under the whole heaven, and his lightning unto the ends of the earth.
"After it, a voice roars; He thunders with His majestic voice, And He does not restrain the lightnings when His voice is heard.4 After it a voice roareth: he thundereth with the voice of his excellency; and he will not stay them when his voice is heard.4 It is followed by the roar of his voice. He thunders with his majestic voice. He doesn't hold the lightning back when his thunder is heard.4 After it a voice roars. He thunders with the voice of his majesty. He doesn't hold back anything when his voice is heard.4 After it a voice roareth: he thundereth with the voice of his excellency, and holdeth not back the flashes when his voice is heard.
"God thunders with His voice wondrously, Doing great things which we cannot comprehend.5 God thundereth marvellously with his voice; great things doeth he, which we cannot comprehend.5 God's voice thunders in miraculous ways. It does great things that we cannot understand.5 God thunders marvelously with his voice. He does great things, which we can't comprehend.5 God thundereth marvellously with his voice, doing great things which we do not comprehend.

"For to the snow He says, 'Fall on the earth,' And to the downpour and the rain, 'Be strong.'6 For he saith to the snow, Be thou on the earth; likewise to the small rain, and to the great rain of his strength.6 "He says to the snow, 'Fall to the ground,' and to the pouring rain, 'Rain harder!'6 For he says to the snow, 'Fall on the earth;' likewise to the shower of rain, and to the showers of his mighty rain.6 For he saith to the snow, Fall on the earth! and to the pouring rain, even the pouring rains of his might.
"He seals the hand of every man, That all men may know His work.7 He sealeth up the hand of every man; that all men may know his work.7 He makes it impossible to do anything so that people will recognize his work. 7 He seals up the hand of every man, that all men whom he has made may know it.7 He sealeth up the hand of every man; that all men may know his work.
"Then the beast goes into its lair And remains in its den.8 Then the beasts go into dens, and remain in their places.8 Animals go into their dens and stay in their lairs.8 Then the animals take cover, and remain in their dens.8 And the wild beast goeth into its lair, and they remain in their dens.
"Out of the south comes the storm, And out of the north the cold.9 Out of the south cometh the whirlwind: and cold out of the north.9 A storm comes out of its chamber. It is cold because of the strong winds. 9 Out of its room comes the storm, and cold out of the north.9 From the chamber of the south cometh the whirlwind; and cold from the winds of the north.
"From the breath of God ice is made, And the expanse of the waters is frozen.10 By the breath of God frost is given: and the breadth of the waters is straitened.10 God's breath produces ice, and the seas freeze over.10 By the breath of God, ice is given, and the breadth of the waters is frozen.10 By the breath of God ice is given; and the breadth of the waters is straitened.

 "Also with moisture He loads the thick cloud; He disperses the cloud of His lightning.11 Also by watering he wearieth the thick cloud: he scattereth his bright cloud:11 Yes, he loads the thick clouds with moisture and scatters his lightning from the clouds.11 Yes, he loads the thick cloud with moisture. He spreads abroad the cloud of his lightning.11 Also with plentiful moisture he loadeth the thick clouds, his light dispels the cloud;
"It changes direction, turning around by His guidance, That it may do whatever He commands it On the face of the inhabited earth.12 And it is turned round about by his counsels: that they may do whatsoever he commandeth them upon the face of the world in the earth.12 He guides the clouds as they churn round and round over the face of the inhabited earth to do everything he orders them.12 It is turned around by his guidance, that they may do whatever he commands them on the surface of the habitable world,12 And they are turned every way by his guidance, that they may do whatsoever he commandeth them upon the face of the circuit of the earth,
"Whether for correction, or for His world, Or for lovingkindness, He causes it to happen.13 He causeth it to come, whether for correction, or for his land, or for mercy.13 Whether for discipline, or for [the good of] his earth, or out of mercy, he makes the storm appear.13 Whether it is for correction, or for his land, or for loving kindness, that he causes it to come.13 Whether he cause it to come as a rod, or for his land, or in mercy.
"Listen to this, O Job, Stand and consider the wonders of God.14 Hearken unto this, O Job: stand still, and consider the wondrous works of God.14 "Open your ears to this, Job. Stop and consider God's miracles.14 "Listen to this, Job. Stand still, and consider the wondrous works of God.14 Hearken unto this, Job; stand still and discern the wondrous works of God.
"Do you know how God establishes them, And makes the lightning of His cloud to shine?15 Dost thou know when God disposed them, and caused the light of his cloud to shine?15 Do you know how God controls them and makes the lightning flash from his clouds?15 Do you know how God controls them, and causes the lightning of his cloud to shine?15 Dost thou know how +God hath disposed them, and how he causeth the lightning of his cloud to flash?
NASBKJVGWTWEBDBY
"Do you know about the layers of the thick clouds, The wonders of one perfect in knowledge,16 Dost thou know the balancings of the clouds, the wondrous works of him which is perfect in knowledge?16 Do you know how the clouds drift (these are the miracles of the one who knows everything),16 Do you know the workings of the clouds, the wondrous works of him who is perfect in knowledge?16 Dost thou know about the balancings of the clouds, the wondrous works of him that is perfect in knowledge?
You whose garments are hot, When the land is still because of the south wind?17 How thy garments are warm, when he quieteth the earth by the south wind?17 you whose clothes are hot and sweaty, when the earth is calm under a south wind?17 You whose clothing is warm, when the earth is still by reason of the south wind?17 How thy garments become warm when he quieteth the earth by the south wind?
"Can you, with Him, spread out the skies, Strong as a molten mirror?18 Hast thou with him spread out the sky, which is strong, and as a molten looking glass?18 Can you stretch out the skies with him and make them as firm as a mirror made of metal?18 Can you, with him, spread out the sky, which is strong as a cast metal mirror?18 Hast thou with him spread out the sky, firm, like a molten mirror?
"Teach us what we shall say to Him; We cannot arrange our case because of darkness.19 Teach us what we shall say unto him; for we cannot order our speech by reason of darkness.19 Teach us what we should say to him. We are unable to prepare [a case] because of darkness.19 Teach us what we shall tell him, for we can't make our case by reason of darkness.19 Teach us what we shall say unto him! We cannot order our words by reason of darkness.
"Shall it be told Him that I would speak? Or should a man say that he would be swallowed up?20 Shall it be told him that I speak? if a man speak, surely he shall be swallowed up.20 Should he be told that I want to speak? Can a person speak when he is confused?20 Shall it be told him that I would speak? Or should a man wish that he were swallowed up?20 Shall it be told him if I would speak? if a man so say, surely he shall be swallowed up.

"Now men do not see the light which is bright in the skies; But the wind has passed and cleared them.21 And now men see not the bright light which is in the clouds: but the wind passeth, and cleanseth them.21 People can't look at the sun when it's bright among the clouds or after the wind has blown and cleared those clouds away.21 Now men don't see the light which is bright in the skies, but the wind passes, and clears them.21 And now men see not the light as it gleameth, it is hidden in the skies. But the wind passeth by and cleareth them.
"Out of the north comes golden splendor; Around God is awesome majesty.22 Fair weather cometh out of the north: with God is terrible majesty.22 A golden light comes from the north. A terrifying majesty is around God.22 Out of the north comes golden splendor. With God is awesome majesty.22 From the north cometh gold; with +God is terrible majesty.
"The Almighty-- we cannot find Him; He is exalted in power And He will not do violence to justice and abundant righteousness.23 Touching the Almighty, we cannot find him out: he is excellent in power, and in judgment, and in plenty of justice: he will not afflict.23 The Almighty, whom we can't reach, is great in power and judgment, has more than enough righteousness, and does not oppress.23 We can't reach the Almighty. He is exalted in power. In justice and great righteousness, he will not oppress.23 The Almighty, we cannot find him out: excellent in power, and in judgment, and in abundance of justice, he doth not afflict.
"Therefore men fear Him; He does not regard any who are wise of heart."24 Men do therefore fear him: he respecteth not any that are wise of heart.24 That is why people should fear him. He does not respect those who think they're wise." Who Is Able to Challenge Me?24 Therefore men revere him. He doesn't regard any who are wise of heart."24 Men do therefore fear him: he respecteth not any that are wise of heart.
