NASBKJVGWTWEBDBY
 "Do not let your heart be troubled; believe in God, believe also in Me.1 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.1 "Don't be troubled. Believe in God, and believe in me.1 "Don't let your heart be troubled. Believe in God. Believe also in me.1 Let not your heart be troubled; ye believe on God, believe also on me.
 "In My Father's house are many dwelling places; if it were not so, I would have told you; for I go to prepare a place for you.2 In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.2 My Father's house has many rooms. If that were not true, would I have told you that I'm going to prepare a place for you?2 In my Father's house are many homes. If it weren't so, I would have told you. I am going to prepare a place for you.2 In my Father's house there are many abodes; were it not so, I had told you: for I go to prepare you a place;
 "If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself, that where I am, there you may be also.3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.3 If I go to prepare a place for you, I will come again. Then I will bring you into my presence so that you will be where I am.3 If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and will receive you to myself; that where I am, you may be there also.3 and if I go and shall prepare you a place, I am coming again and shall receive you to myself, that where I am ye also may be.
 "And you know the way where I am going."4 And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know.4 You know the way to the place where I am going."4 Where I go, you know, and you know the way."4 And ye know where I go, and ye know the way.
 Thomas said to Him, "Lord, we do not know where You are going, how do we know the way?"5 Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way?5 Thomas said to him, "Lord, we don't know where you're going. So how can we know the way?"5 Thomas said to him, "Lord, we don't know where you are going. How can we know the way?"5 Thomas says to him, Lord, we know not where thou goest, and how can we know the way?
NASBKJVGWTWEBDBY
 Jesus said to him, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.6 Jesus answered him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one goes to the Father except through me.6 Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.6 Jesus says to him, I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father unless by me.
Oneness with the Father
 "If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also; from now on you know Him, and have seen Him."7 If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.7 If you have known me, you will also know my Father. From now on you know him [through me] and have seen him [in me]."7 If you had known me, you would have known my Father also. From now on, you know him, and have seen him."7 If ye had known me, ye would have known also my Father, and henceforth ye know him and have seen him.
 Philip said to Him, "Lord, show us the Father, and it is enough for us."8 Philip saith unto him, Lord, shew us the Father, and it sufficeth us.8 Philip said to Jesus, "Lord, show us the Father, and that will satisfy us."8 Philip said to him, "Lord, show us the Father, and that will be enough for us."8 Philip says to him, Lord, shew us the Father and it suffices us.
 Jesus said to him, "Have I been so long with you, and yet you have not come to know Me, Philip? He who has seen Me has seen the Father; how can you say, 'Show us the Father '?9 Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father?9 Jesus replied, "I have been with all of you for a long time. Don't you know me yet, Philip? The person who has seen me has seen the Father. So how can you say, 'Show us the Father'?9 Jesus said to him, "Have I been with you such a long time, and do you not know me, Philip? He who has seen me has seen the Father. How do you say, 'Show us the Father?'9 Jesus says to him, Am I so long a time with you, and thou hast not known me, Philip? He that has seen me has seen the Father; and how sayest thou, Shew us the Father?
 "Do you not believe that I am in the Father, and the Father is in Me? The words that I say to you I do not speak on My own initiative, but the Father abiding in Me does His works.10 Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.10 Don't you believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in me? What I'm telling you doesn't come from me. The Father, who lives in me, does what he wants.10 Don't you believe that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? The words that I tell you, I speak not from myself; but the Father who lives in me does his works.10 Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and that the Father is in me? The words which I speak to you I do not speak from myself; but the Father who abides in me, he does the works.
NASBKJVGWTWEBDBY
 "Believe Me that I am in the Father and the Father is in Me; otherwise believe because of the works themselves.11 Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works' sake.11 Believe me when I say that I am in the Father and that the Father is in me. Otherwise, believe me because of the things I do.11 Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me; or else believe me for the very works' sake.11 Believe me that I am in the Father and the Father in me; but if not, believe me for the works' sake themselves.
 "Truly, truly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do, he will do also; and greater works than these he will do; because I go to the Father.12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.12 "I can guarantee this truth: Those who believe in me will do the things that I am doing. They will do even greater things because I am going to the Father.12 Most certainly I tell you, he who believes in me, the works that I do, he will do also; and he will do greater works than these, because I am going to my Father.12 Verily, verily, I say to you, He that believes on me, the works which I do shall he do also, and he shall do greater than these, because I go to the Father.
 "Whatever you ask in My name, that will I do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son.13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.13 I will do anything you ask [the Father] in my name so that the Father will be given glory because of the Son.13 Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, this will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
 "If you ask Me anything in My name, I will do it.14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.14 If you ask me to do something, I will do it.14 If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it.14 If ye shall ask anything in my name, I will do it.
 "If you love Me, you will keep My commandments.15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.15 "If you love me, you will obey my commandments.15 If you love me, keep my commandments.15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.
Role of the Spirit
NASBKJVGWTWEBDBY
 "I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may be with you forever;16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;16 I will ask the Father, and he will give you another helper who will be with you forever.16 I will pray to the Father, and he will give you another Counselor, that he may be with you forever,--16 And I will beg the Father, and he will give you another Comforter, that he may be with you for ever,
 that is the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it does not see Him or know Him, but you know Him because He abides with you and will be in you.17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.17 That helper is the Spirit of Truth. The world cannot accept him, because it doesn't see or know him. You know him, because he lives with you and will be in you.17 the Spirit of truth, whom the world can't receive; for it doesn't see him, neither knows him. You know him, for he lives with you, and will be in you.17 the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it does not see him nor know him; but ye know him, for he abides with you, and shall be in you.
 "I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you.18 I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.18 "I will not leave you all alone. I will come back to you.18 I will not leave you orphans. I will come to you.18 I will not leave you orphans, I am coming to you.
 "After a little while the world will no longer see Me, but you will see Me; because I live, you will live also.19 Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also.19 In a little while the world will no longer see me, but you will see me. You will live because I live.19 Yet a little while, and the world will see me no more; but you will see me. Because I live, you will live also.19 Yet a little and the world sees me no longer; but ye see me; because I live ye also shall live.
 "In that day you will know that I am in My Father, and you in Me, and I in you.20 At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you.20 On that day you will know that I am in my Father and that you are in me and that I am in you.20 In that day you will know that I am in my Father, and you in me, and I in you.20 In that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you.
NASBKJVGWTWEBDBY
 "He who has My commandments and keeps them is the one who loves Me; and he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and will disclose Myself to him."21 He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.21 Whoever knows and obeys my commandments is the person who loves me. Those who love me will have my Father's love, and I, too, will love them and show myself to them."21 One who has my commandments, and keeps them, that person is one who loves me. One who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I will love him, and will reveal myself to him."21 He that has my commandments and keeps them, he it is that loves me; but he that loves me shall be loved by my Father, and I will love him and will manifest myself to him.
 Judas (not Iscariot) said to Him, "Lord, what then has happened that You are going to disclose Yourself to us and not to the world?"22 Judas saith unto him, not Iscariot, Lord, how is it that thou wilt manifest thyself unto us, and not unto the world?22 Judas (not Iscariot) asked Jesus, "Lord, what has happened that you are going to reveal yourself to us and not to the world?"22 Judas (not Iscariot) said to him, "Lord, what has happened that you are about to reveal yourself to us, and not to the world?"22 Judas, not the Iscariote, says to him, Lord, how is it that thou wilt manifest thyself to us and not to the world?
 Jesus answered and said to him, "If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our abode with him.23 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.23 Jesus answered him, "Those who love me will do what I say. My Father will love them, and we will go to them and make our home with them.23 Jesus answered him, "If a man loves me, he will keep my word. My Father will love him, and we will come to him, and make our home with him.23 Jesus answered and said to him, If any one love me, he will keep my word, and my Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our abode with him.
 "He who does not love Me does not keep My words; and the word which you hear is not Mine, but the Father's who sent Me.24 He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father's which sent me.24 A person who doesn't love me doesn't do what I say. I don't make up what you hear me say. What I say comes from the Father who sent me.24 He who doesn't love me doesn't keep my words. The word which you hear isn't mine, but the Father's who sent me.24 He that loves me not does not keep my words; and the word which ye hear is not mine, but that of the Father who has sent me.
 "These things I have spoken to you while abiding with you.25 These things have I spoken unto you, being yet present with you.25 "I have told you this while I'm still with you.25 I have said these things to you, while still living with you.25 These things I have said to you, abiding with you;

 "But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all that I said to you.26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.26 However, the helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you everything. He will remind you of everything that I have ever told you.26 But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things, and will remind you of all that I said to you.26 but the Comforter, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and will bring to your remembrance all the things which I have said to you.
 "Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your heart be troubled, nor let it be fearful.27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.27 "I'm leaving you peace. I'm giving you my peace. I don't give you the kind of peace that the world gives. So don't be troubled or cowardly.27 Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, give I to you. Don't let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful.27 I leave peace with you; I give my peace to you: not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it fear.
 "You heard that I said to you, 'I go away, and I will come to you.' If you loved Me, you would have rejoiced because I go to the Father, for the Father is greater than I.28 Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come again unto you. If ye loved me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I.28 You heard me tell you, 'I'm going away, but I'm coming back to you.' If you loved me, you would be glad that I'm going to the Father, because the Father is greater than I am.28 You heard how I told you, 'I go away, and I come to you.' If you loved me, you would have rejoiced, because I said 'I am going to my Father;' for the Father is greater than I.28 Ye have heard that I have said unto you, I go away and I am coming to you. If ye loved me ye would rejoice that I go to the Father, for my Father is greater than I.
 "Now I have told you before it happens, so that when it happens, you may believe.29 And now I have told you before it come to pass, that, when it is come to pass, ye might believe.29 "I'm telling you this now before it happens. When it does happen, you will believe.29 Now I have told you before it happens so that, when it happens, you may believe.29 And now I have told you before it comes to pass, that when it shall have come to pass ye may believe.
 "I will not speak much more with you, for the ruler of the world is coming, and he has nothing in Me;30 Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me.30 The ruler of this world has no power over me. But he's coming, so I won't talk with you much longer.30 I will no more speak much with you, for the prince of the world comes, and he has nothing in me.30 I will no longer speak much with you, for the ruler of the world comes, and in me he has nothing;

 but so that the world may know that I love the Father, I do exactly as the Father commanded Me. Get up, let us go from here.31 But that the world may know that I love the Father; and as the Father gave me commandment, even so I do. Arise, let us go hence.31 However, I want the world to know that I love the Father and that I am doing exactly what the Father has commanded me to do. Get up! We have to leave."31 But that the world may know that I love the Father, and as the Father commanded me, even so I do. Arise, let us go from here.31 but that the world may know that I love the Father, and as the Father has commanded me, thus I do. Rise up, let us go hence.
