NASBKJVGWTWEBDBY
For the choir director. A Psalm of David. In You, O LORD, I have taken refuge; Let me never be ashamed; In Your righteousness deliver me.1 In thee, O LORD, do I put my trust; let me never be ashamed: deliver me in thy righteousness.1 [For the choir director; a psalm by David.] I have taken refuge in you, O LORD. Never let me be put to shame. Save me because of your righteousness. 1 In you, Yahweh, I take refuge. Let me never be disappointed. Deliver me in your righteousness.1 {To the chief Musician. A Psalm of David.} In thee, Jehovah, do I trust; let me never be ashamed: deliver me in thy righteousness.
Incline Your ear to me, rescue me quickly; Be to me a rock of strength, A stronghold to save me.2 Bow down thine ear to me; deliver me speedily: be thou my strong rock, for an house of defence to save me.2 Turn your ear toward me. Rescue me quickly. Be a rock of refuge for me, a strong fortress to save me.2 Bow down your ear to me. Deliver me speedily. Be to me a strong rock, a house of defense to save me.2 Incline thine ear to me, deliver me speedily; be a strong rock to me, a house of defence to save me.
For You are my rock and my fortress; For Your name's sake You will lead me and guide me.3 For thou art my rock and my fortress; therefore for thy name's sake lead me, and guide me.3 Indeed, you are my rock and my fortress. For the sake of your name, lead me and guide me.3 For you are my rock and my fortress, therefore for your name's sake lead me and guide me.3 For thou art my rock and my fortress; and, for thy name's sake, thou wilt lead me and guide me.
You will pull me out of the net which they have secretly laid for me, For You are my strength.4 Pull me out of the net that they have laid privily for me: for thou art my strength.4 You are my refuge, so pull me out of the net that they have secretly laid for me.4 Pluck me out of the net that they have laid secretly for me, for you are my stronghold.4 Draw me out of the net that they have hidden for me; for thou art my strength.
Into Your hand I commit my spirit; You have ransomed me, O LORD, God of truth.5 Into thine hand I commit my spirit: thou hast redeemed me, O LORD God of truth.5 Into your hands I entrust my spirit. You have rescued me, O LORD, God of truth.5 Into your hand I commend my spirit. You redeem me, Yahweh, God of truth.5 Into thy hand I commit my spirit: thou hast redeemed me, Jehovah, thou God of truth.

I hate those who regard vain idols, But I trust in the LORD.6 I have hated them that regard lying vanities: but I trust in the LORD.6 I hate those who cling to false gods, but I trust the LORD.6 I hate those who regard lying vanities, but I trust in Yahweh.6 I have hated them that observe lying vanities; and as for me, I have confided in Jehovah.
I will rejoice and be glad in Your lovingkindness, Because You have seen my affliction; You have known the troubles of my soul,7 I will be glad and rejoice in thy mercy: for thou hast considered my trouble; thou hast known my soul in adversities;7 I will rejoice and be glad because of your mercy. You have seen my misery. You have known the troubles in my soul.7 I will be glad and rejoice in your loving kindness, for you have seen my affliction. You have known my soul in adversities.7 I will be glad and rejoice in thy loving-kindness, for thou hast seen mine affliction; thou hast known the troubles of my soul,
And You have not given me over into the hand of the enemy; You have set my feet in a large place.8 And hast not shut me up into the hand of the enemy: thou hast set my feet in a large room.8 You have not handed me over to the enemy. You have set my feet in a place where I can move freely.8 You have not shut me up into the hand of the enemy. You have set my feet in a large place.8 And hast not shut me up into the hand of the enemy: thou hast set my feet in a large place.
Be gracious to me, O LORD, for I am in distress; My eye is wasted away from grief, my soul and my body also.9 Have mercy upon me, O LORD, for I am in trouble: mine eye is consumed with grief, yea, my soul and my belly.9 Have pity on me, O LORD, because I am in distress. My eyes, my soul, and my body waste away from grief.9 Have mercy on me, Yahweh, for I am in distress. My eye, my soul, and my body waste away with grief.9 Be gracious unto me, Jehovah, for I am in trouble: mine eye wasteth away with vexation, my soul and my belly.
For my life is spent with sorrow And my years with sighing; My strength has failed because of my iniquity, And my body has wasted away.10 For my life is spent with grief, and my years with sighing: my strength faileth because of mine iniquity, and my bones are consumed.10 My life is exhausted from sorrow, my years from groaning. My strength staggers under [the weight of] my guilt, and my bones waste away.10 For my life is spent with sorrow, my years with sighing. My strength fails because of my iniquity. My bones are wasted away.10 For my life is spent with sorrow, and my years with sighing; my strength faileth through mine iniquity, and my bones are wasted.
NASBKJVGWTWEBDBY
Because of all my adversaries, I have become a reproach, Especially to my neighbors, And an object of dread to my acquaintances; Those who see me in the street flee from me.11 I was a reproach among all mine enemies, but especially among my neighbours, and a fear to mine acquaintance: they that did see me without fled from me.11 I have become a disgrace because of all my opponents. I have become someone dreaded by my friends, even by my neighbors. Those who see me on the street run away from me.11 Because of all my adversaries I have become utterly contemptible to my neighbors, A fear to my acquaintances. Those who saw me on the street fled from me.11 More than to all mine oppressors, I am become exceedingly a reproach, even to my neighbours, and a fear to mine acquaintance: they that see me without flee from me.
I am forgotten as a dead man, out of mind; I am like a broken vessel.12 I am forgotten as a dead man out of mind: I am like a broken vessel.12 I have faded from memory as if I were dead and have become like a piece of broken pottery.12 I am forgotten from their hearts like a dead man. I am like broken pottery.12 I am forgotten in their heart as a dead man; I am become like a broken vessel.
For I have heard the slander of many, Terror is on every side; While they took counsel together against me, They schemed to take away my life.13 For I have heard the slander of many: fear was on every side: while they took counsel together against me, they devised to take away my life.13 I have heard the whispering of many people- terror on every side- while they made plans together against me. They were plotting to take my life.13 For I have heard the slander of many, terror on every side, while they conspire together against me, they plot to take away my life.13 For I have heard the slander of many terror on every side when they take counsel together against me: they plot to take away my life.
But as for me, I trust in You, O LORD, I say, "You are my God."14 But I trusted in thee, O LORD: I said, Thou art my God.14 I trust you, O LORD. I said, "You are my God."14 But I trust in you, Yahweh. I said, "You are my God."14 But I confided in thee, Jehovah; I said, thou art my God.
My times are in Your hand; Deliver me from the hand of my enemies and from those who persecute me.15 My times are in thy hand: deliver me from the hand of mine enemies, and from them that persecute me.15 My future is in your hands. Rescue me from my enemies, from those who persecute me.15 My times are in your hand. Deliver me from the hand of my enemies, and from those who persecute me.15 My times are in thy hand: deliver me from the hand of mine enemies, and from my persecutors.
NASBKJVGWTWEBDBY
Make Your face to shine upon Your servant; Save me in Your lovingkindness.16 Make thy face to shine upon thy servant: save me for thy mercies' sake.16 Smile on me. Save me with your mercy.16 Make your face to shine on your servant. Save me in your loving kindness.16 Make thy face to shine upon thy servant; save me in thy loving-kindness.
Let me not be put to shame, O LORD, for I call upon You; Let the wicked be put to shame, let them be silent in Sheol.17 Let me not be ashamed, O LORD; for I have called upon thee: let the wicked be ashamed, and let them be silent in the grave.17 O LORD, I have called on you, so do not let me be put to shame. Let wicked people be put to shame. Let them be silent in the grave.17 Let me not be disappointed, Yahweh, for I have called on you. Let the wicked be disappointed. Let them be silent in Sheol.17 Jehovah, let me not be ashamed; for I have called upon thee: let the wicked be ashamed, let them be silent in Sheol.
Let the lying lips be mute, Which speak arrogantly against the righteous With pride and contempt.18 Let the lying lips be put to silence; which speak grievous things proudly and contemptuously against the righteous.18 Let [their] lying lips be speechless, since they speak against righteous people with arrogance and contempt.18 Let the lying lips be mute, which speak against the righteous insolently, with pride and contempt.18 Let the lying lips become dumb, which speak insolently against the righteous in pride and contempt.
How great is Your goodness, Which You have stored up for those who fear You, Which You have wrought for those who take refuge in You, Before the sons of men!19 Oh how great is thy goodness, which thou hast laid up for them that fear thee; which thou hast wrought for them that trust in thee before the sons of men!19 Your kindness is so great! You reserve it for those who fear you. Adam's descendants watch as you show it to those who take refuge in you.19 Oh how great is your goodness, which you have laid up for those who fear you, which you have worked for those who take refuge in you, before the sons of men!19 Oh how great is thy goodness, which thou hast laid up for them that fear thee, which thou hast wrought for them that trust in thee, before the sons of men!
You hide them in the secret place of Your presence from the conspiracies of man; You keep them secretly in a shelter from the strife of tongues.20 Thou shalt hide them in the secret of thy presence from the pride of man: thou shalt keep them secretly in a pavilion from the strife of tongues.20 You hide them in the secret place of your presence from those who scheme against them. You keep them in a shelter, safe from quarrelsome tongues.20 In the shelter of your presence you will hide them from the plotting of man. You will keep them secretly in a dwelling away from the strife of tongues.20 Thou keepest them concealed in the secret of thy presence from the conspiracies of man; thou hidest them in a pavilion from the strife of tongues.

Blessed be the LORD, For He has made marvelous His lovingkindness to me in a besieged city.21 Blessed be the LORD: for he hath shewed me his marvellous kindness in a strong city.21 Thank the LORD! He has shown me the miracle of his mercy in a city under attack.21 Praise be to Yahweh, for he has shown me his marvelous loving kindness in a strong city.21 Blessed be Jehovah; for he hath shewn me wondrously his loving-kindness in a strong city.
As for me, I said in my alarm, "I am cut off from before Your eyes"; Nevertheless You heard the voice of my supplications When I cried to You.22 For I said in my haste, I am cut off from before thine eyes: nevertheless thou heardest the voice of my supplications when I cried unto thee.22 When I was panic-stricken, I said, "I have been cut off from your sight." But you heard my pleas for mercy when I cried out to you for help.22 As for me, I said in my haste, "I am cut off from before your eyes." Nevertheless you heard the voice of my petitions when I cried to you.22 As for me, I said in my haste, I am cut off from before thine eyes; nevertheless thou heardest the voice of my supplications when I cried unto thee.
O love the LORD, all you His godly ones! The LORD preserves the faithful And fully recompenses the proud doer.23 O love the LORD, all ye his saints: for the LORD preserveth the faithful, and plentifully rewardeth the proud doer.23 Love the LORD, all you godly ones! The LORD protects faithful people, but he pays back in full those who act arrogantly.23 Oh love Yahweh, all you his saints! Yahweh preserves the faithful, and fully recompenses him who behaves arrogantly.23 Love Jehovah, all ye his saints. Jehovah preserveth the faithful, and plentifully requiteth the proud doer.
Be strong and let your heart take courage, All you who hope in the LORD.24 Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart, all ye that hope in the LORD.24 Be strong, all who wait with hope for the LORD, and let your heart be courageous.24 Be strong, and let your heart take courage, all you who hope in Yahweh. By David. A contemplative psalm.24 Be strong, and let your heart take courage, all ye that hope in Jehovah.
