| 1 For the choir director; on stringed instruments. A Maskil of David. Give ear to my prayer, O God; And do not hide Yourself from my supplication. | 1 Give ear to my prayer, O God; and hide not thyself from my supplication. | 1 [For the choir director; on stringed instruments; a [maskil] by David.] Open your ears to my prayer, O God. Do not hide from my plea for mercy. | 1 Listen to my prayer, God. Don't hide yourself from my supplication. | 1 {To the chief Musician. On stringed instruments: an instruction. Of David.} Give ear to my prayer, O God; and hide not thyself from my supplication. | 2 Give heed to me and answer me; I am restless in my complaint and am surely distracted, | 2 Attend unto me, and hear me: I mourn in my complaint, and make a noise; | 2 Pay attention to me, and answer me. My thoughts are restless, and I am confused | 2 Attend to me, and answer me.
