| 1 Now Moses was pasturing the flock of Jethro his father-in-law, the priest of Midian; and he led the flock to the west side of the wilderness and came to Horeb, the mountain of God. | 1 Now Moses kept the flock of Jethro his father in law, the priest of Midian: and he led the flock to the backside of the desert, and came to the mountain of God, even to Horeb. | 1 Moses was taking care of the sheep of his father-in-law Jethro, the priest of Midian. | 6 He said also, "I am the God of your father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob."
