NASBKJVGWTWEBDBY
 A Song of Ascents, of David. "Had it not been the LORD who was on our side," Let Israel now say,1 If it had not been the LORD who was on our side, now may Israel say;1 [A song by David for going up to worship.] "If the LORD had not been on our side..." (Israel should repeat this.)1 If it had not been Yahweh who was on our side, let Israel now say,1 {A Song of degrees. Of David.} If it had not been Jehovah who was for us oh let Israel say --
 "Had it not been the LORD who was on our side When men rose up against us,2 If it had not been the LORD who was on our side, when men rose up against us:2 "If the LORD had not been on our side when people attacked us,2 if it had not been Yahweh who was on our side, when men rose up against us;2 If it had not been Jehovah who was for us, when men rose up against us,
 Then they would have swallowed us alive, When their anger was kindled against us;3 Then they had swallowed us up quick, when their wrath was kindled against us:3 then they would have swallowed us alive when their anger exploded against us.3 then they would have swallowed us up alive, when their wrath was kindled against us;3 Then they had swallowed us up alive, when their anger was kindled against us;
 Then the waters would have engulfed us, The stream would have swept over our soul;4 Then the waters had overwhelmed us, the stream had gone over our soul:4 Then the floodwaters would have swept us away. An [overflowing] stream would have washed us away.4 then the waters would have overwhelmed us, the stream would have gone over our soul;4 Then the waters had overwhelmed us, a torrent had gone over our soul;
 Then the raging waters would have swept over our soul."5 Then the proud waters had gone over our soul.5 Then raging water would have washed us away."5 then the proud waters would have gone over our soul.5 Then the proud waters had gone over our soul.
NASBKJVGWTWEBDBY
 Blessed be the LORD, Who has not given us to be torn by their teeth.6 Blessed be the LORD, who hath not given us as a prey to their teeth.6 Thank the LORD, who did not let them sink their teeth into us.6 Blessed be Yahweh, who has not given us as a prey to their teeth.6 Blessed be Jehovah, who gave us not up a prey to their teeth!
 Our soul has escaped as a bird out of the snare of the trapper; The snare is broken and we have escaped.7 Our soul is escaped as a bird out of the snare of the fowlers: the snare is broken, and we are escaped.7 We escaped like a bird caught in a hunter's trap. The trap was broken, and we escaped.7 Our soul has escaped like a bird out of the fowler's snare. The snare is broken, and we have escaped.7 Our soul is escaped as a bird out of the snare of the fowlers: the snare is broken, and we have escaped.
 Our help is in the name of the LORD, Who made heaven and earth.8 Our help is in the name of the LORD, who made heaven and earth.8 Our help is in the name of the LORD, the maker of heaven and earth.8 Our help is in the name of Yahweh, who made heaven and earth. A Song of Ascents.8 Our help is in the name of Jehovah, the maker of heavens and earth.
